Business Development Review & Plan

Jackson Lewis Legal will work with your law firm providing 8 hours consultancy and creating a plan that’s worth alone over £1,500.

Jackson Lewis is a niche consultancy run by the The Legal Alliance founder and solicitor Andrew Byrne. His experience will not only add significant value to your law firm but also kickstart the process of making sure that you maximum benefit from joining the alliance through his connections.

Andrew has:

  • successfully worked in the field of legal business development for more than 25 years
  • been the founding partner in two law firms from 2000-2015
  • held a current practicing certificate but has concentrated on helping other companies within the legal sector exclusively since 2016

Our lite package is focused on building the foundations of a Business Development (BD) plan. But like all plans it then needs the commitment and resource to implement it effectively.

An upgrade to Premium will effectively outsource the role of a Business Development Manager. This support is delivered to law firms at a fraction of the cost of recruiting these skills and experience.

Andrew Byrne and Mick Eardley, with a combined experience of 65 years in the legal sector, have come together to create a powerful synergy of diverse skills, expertise and perspectives.

They will provide you additional support to

  • complement your current BD efforts or
  • work as a cost-effective standalone legal BD resource

This powerful collaboration offers clients comprehensive problem-solving, innovative solutions, and a more robust approach to the challenges in the fast changing legal services market.
