Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within three working days.

Investigation

Your complaint will be reviewed by Andrew Byrne, Founder of The Legal Alliance.

Where appropriate, he will discuss the matter with any individual involved and review all relevant information before responding.

Resolution

Where appropriate, Andrew may arrange:

  • a telephone discussion;
  • a Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting; or
  • a meeting in person,

to better understand your concerns and explore a satisfactory resolution.

If a meeting is not appropriate or requested, we will provide a detailed written response.

We aim to provide our full response within 21 days of acknowledging your complaint.

If additional time is required due to the complexity of the matter, we will keep you informed of progress.

Further Review

If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our response, you may ask for the complaint to be reviewed again.

Where appropriate, the matter will be independently reconsidered by someone who has not previously been involved.

We will write to you with our final response as soon as reasonably practicable.

Our Commitment

We take every complaint seriously and will always aim to:

  • deal with complaints fairly and impartially;
  • communicate openly and professionally;
  • resolve concerns as quickly as possible; and
