The Legal Alliance Partnership Terms & Conditions

  • The Legal Alliance is a trading style of Legal League Ltd.
  • As a Partner you have full exclusivity within your area of expertise in the England & Wales.
  • You will receive referrals from other TLA Partners & Law Firm Members within the group.
  • You can input your views on how we grow The Legal Alliance to the legal sector in England & Wales.
  • You can exhibit at no charge at all relevant events as long as you remain a Partner.
  • You also have an opportunity to host or speak at future TLA events.
  • Attend the annual conference of The Legal Alliance free of charge.
  • Nearly all TLA events are at no cost to NLA Partners.
  • If there is a particular specialist event such as a golf day or a day at the races you would be informed of the cost, and it would be optional if you did not want to attend said event but if you then attended such an event you would have to pay in advance of said event.
  • You agree to monthly fee in advance to cover your subsequent monthly membership fees. The fees are dependent on what your business fits into. Lite Partner is £175 plus vat per month. Premium Partner is £350 plus vat per month and finally Gold Partner is £500 plus vat per month.

  • You agree to make payment via direct debit, and we will provide an invoice for this.
  • To terminate our agreement both parties need to give 3 months’ notice via email.
  • You would be liable still to pay any membership fees during any notice period.
  • Unless you notify us when you join you will be promoted on social media.
  • Unless you notify us in advance we will potentially us photographs of law firm guests in promotional material.
  • This agreement starts once an authorised signatory from both parties have signed and completed a formal agreement or alternatively when you tick our Partner terms and conditions and completed details of your business which is then emailed to us.
